Nothing much acty, which explains why i havent been blogging. Haha heard many jcs are already om study break, while only tj's struggling t finish revision lec & everything. What loser! D: stupid sch. You know, I feel like my life's such a failure. Can't get anything I want, but what more can I ask for? What rights do I even have t ask for more?

Went trng on Wednesday, felt good & bad. Good because the feeling of badmtn is back, bad because.. I'm using badmtn t vent all my frustrations. Asked Naresh t keep letting me smash, it was then that I realised I had so many things t let go, so many obstacles t get rid of. But guess what? I cant even win by smashing, and ended up making mistakes & losing instead. I guess this really depicts my life - Trying v hard t get rid of so many things but in the end I get tired & lose out; & the obstacles remained standing & still blocking my way. That session's smashing, my arms really hurt after that, but I didnt give up, I continued smashing, but Naresh could still take all my smashes. Maybe this is just fate; I will never achieve what I want, no matter how hard I try.

I'm srsly tired, of all the rumours, and the emotions that I know I shouldnt have; but I wont give up. Love includes understanding, I know. I hate myself.

School has been mundane, like srsly. & w protected time, school has been ending late. I like yesterday's mass civics, it was about stress management. The speaker told us about the 5 kinds of love language, which was exactly what MrsGoh told me before during 1-1 talk. I guess I'm the spend time kind, cause I can hold on t the phone for hours & say nothing. :D & I'm abit of the physical kind! Huggggssss are nice :D

Finally caught a movie after like gazillion years. Watched UP w the class girls on thursday, met them at cs cause I didnt go sch wahahahaha. Movie was great, the kid's damn cute, esp. when he slide past the guy's aeroplane w his face stuck t the window.

Sighs I skipped 2 sessions of chem & 1 session of math protected already, shucks. Must catch up!

This year's celebration didnt have any concerts, but I think the community singing and mass dance session made up for everything. You know, it's so touching t see everybody singing their hearts out! JTS yesterday and DSA orientation at Sentosa was the best day I've ever had w the badminton team.

The juniors made a video for us; I teared while watching it. Thank you TJBT.
We gave the juniors a photo frame each; though I screwed up mine but I still liked it.

You know, I can still remember the times when we did the farewell video for the seniors, it was just like yesterday. & now, it's our turn. Time really flies. Juniors, train hard, we believe in all of you!

What a long day! Stupid civics & contact time is such a waste of time; CG Bonding. Havent we like bond enough last year? -.- & it's for j2s not j1s. How lame is that! Had CG lunch tday, i think it's class bonding as well! So yeap after that during contact time, we just did out SGC which is like so sucky.

Studied at Parkway w Naresh till late at night, thought my parents would fetch me cause they usually do. But my mom said since I had bus t tamp inter, I go home myself. Econs totally sucked, cause nobody would expect Globalisation t come out for Macro. & I just wrote crap cause I didnt memorise Globalisation, & I didn't study Micro. I thought BoP would come out! ):

GP was so-so, the compre was difficult, I think. Smth about politics in Olympics. At first I thought a passage about Olmypics would be interesting, but sighs as I read I gave up cause politics was the main focus & not Olympics. Boo. Che, & Physics were okay bah, chem was more difficult for me! Not enough time, so forget it :D Math was fine. Hope I reach my target though.

Went out w the class t catch TRANSFORMERS! Yea I know the whole class is damn lag but we had exams! So just nice nobody watched yet so we went t catch it. Another overnight session at Macs. Nice. Just that I couldnt really focus cause of an auntie who's either homeless or refuse t go home. She's been ther since afternoon, and only left around 5+ in the morning. It's alright if she's doing smth, but she's not. All she did was t sleep, and koped other people's leftovers. Studied throughout the night at macs until 5+am yesterday, before heading t baby's hse t sleep. Woke up at 10+am, bus-ed home, and continued sleeping till 3+ in the afternoon. Night session at macs is really good! Quiet place, & thr's food and music. Me & naresh were studying when my parents suddenly appeared out of nowhere, scared the shit out of me. Now they know I'm studying w him. Hahah. My mom told him, "Take care of her okay?" Omg I thought she would scold him, but she said this in the end. She's so adorable! (:

Havent been studying alot lately, sighs. Heard alot of rumours about extending the holidays for another week, cause of the swine flu thingy. There are pros and cons i think. We will have more time t study more thoroughly of course. But sometimes I just wna get it over and done w, like just get into the hall, fail the paper & come out. That's how unprepared Iam.

I always love Macs sessions, especially when it gets late into the night, & even more when the company is right. But I think Im getting sick of Macs food ):

Tmrw's fathers day! Got the set of cupcakes thingy from PrimaDeli for my dad, on top of the meal at TungLok & the laptop. We never used t celebrate Father's Day like that, dk why this year like that also.

Just received a msg from Shirleen, telling us girls t study hard & says that we can do it. It's always this kind of msges that make people smile from the bottom of their hearts. That's why Shirleen is such a dear (:

Stayed up late w baby t watch some old movie, forgot the title already but the show's about love. This man & woman loved each other, but couldnt get tgt due t parents' disapproval. & he waited for the woman for 51 yrs 9 mths 4 days when the husband of the woman died. What undying love! But then again, it's an old movie, men like that are hard t find now. "Love forever", "I always love you", it all doesnt makes sense. Maybe there are really ppl out there who can really love forever, but not that I know of. & anyw, the woman isnt pretty at all, and she was supposed t some pretty girl in the show. What a turn off. :/

A family day! Went out w my family t TungLok Seafood restaurant for DimSum buffet lunch. Their food is srsly good! & it only costs like $100+ for 5 people. Worth it! :D

Anyw, we, as in mom bro sis & me, got a laptop for my dad for Father's Day! Gave him in advance, i dunno why also. & we bought a new tv for the house! My dad was like, "So many tv sets already still buy...." My mom got so sian she came t ask me, "Should I cancel the order?"

So, had lunch from 1130 to almost 2pm, then went t walk around at People's Park. Got a pair of shorts and a shirt from there. Went home after that.

I'm back! Yea back from Aviva Singapore Open. Well the finals was okay, only the men's singles was really exciting. But then again, Boonsak lost! SAD. He's so cute la, & hes really pro. LOL. Ether & Shermaine must be damn happy that BaoChunLai won! :O

Went finals w Naresh Gabriel & my sister. Lol they are really funny people -.- Went for Subway during women's singles, and it just nice ended when we came back :D Zhou Mi won right?

Singapore Open was...alright. Except that the pro players are out already -.- Like wth. Lee Chong Wei & Peter Gade lost yesterday already, to some Vietnam & India players. Eh but the Vietnam guy is really good, very pia! And as usual, Singapore players didn't go far, all dead except for the only men's doubles playing today, against Marcus Kido & Hendra Setiawnan. Naresh's call woke me up early in the morning, boo! Hahaha but it's good otherwise I think I will just sleep till afternoon like a lazy pig. I dreamt that I msged him & asked whether he's gng for econs lec tday, & I got quite frustrated when I woke up cause I didnt see any replies. & I realised I didn't even msg him. LOL. Stupid dream. In the end both of us ponned lecture. Who would wanna go for a 7.45am lec during the holidays!

Had econs lecture ystd, 2.10-3pm. Before that was econs tutorial but didnt go cause didnt feel like hahaha. Heard only 7 ppl went :P Talked on the phone w swee in the afternoon till it's time t go for lec and I'm almost late ): Made it in time though. Went t visit Zhihong at Mt.Elizabeth Hosp, he just had his knee surgery again. Sounds damn pain la ): Take care Zhihong!(:

Dinner at Taka foodcourt. Sia la damn ex. Ate cai fan - 2 veggies & 1 tofu costs 4$. There wasnt even any meat! Cheat my money. Home-d after that, what a tired day.

Wednesday was shopping day with Shirleen & Ether for parting gifts for the badmtn teachers at Parkway! We decided t give them shirts so yea went around all the shops and finally decided on Bossini. Cheap & good quality. Hanged around Borders & Popular with Shirleen, and we got our double scoops of chocolate icecream from SCOOPS! Happiness :D

Thursday, hanged around w Naresh(:D) before heading down t EighteenChefs t meet sister and friend for dinner. Haha I think black pepper is still the nicest (:

Badminton bbq on friday at Eugenia's hse, was a success. Though the juniors came late, lol I heard trng ended late so yea. Ate and chitchatted, and played in the pool w our clothes on until the security guard came t tell us off oops. Talked alot t baobei on that day, and we swinged too! (: I love those chatting sessions, cause the both of us will just keep ranting and ranting until we dunno what t say anymore. Changed to a simpler blogskin. The simpler the better. How I wish everything in the world can be simple. But then agn we wont be able t differentiate smart & stupid people if everything were t be simple. Agree?

Season ended, lost to VJ 1-4 & won DHS 3-2. No more training, means study time. At least I wont have to stay in school till 9. School ystd ended at 1230 & I reached home at 130! How cool is that, I dont get to reach home so early in the past.

I guess all the j2s in the team are stepping down now with no regrets. All the time&effort put into the team & trngs, I think it's all worth it. Not that I've been to alot of trng sessions, but I could still feel the warmth of the team, esp the girls. That day before VJ's match, we cheered at the stage. Really loudly. That was when I felt the unity of the team, the team w a goal to fufill. Even though we didnt manage t get into top4, the temasek spirit will always be thr. Despite all the bitchy-ness or whatever among us, at the end of the day, we are still united as one. People will rmb TJBT 09, because we were the ones who went up to opponents & coaches to shake their hands, to thank them for the matches played that day. It's a kind of respect, that people will give you even if youre not the best in skills. People will rmb the team that showed undying effort on court, that displayed good attitude on court, that consists of members who will support one another no matter what. This, is the team that I love. With that, TJBT girls' season ended w respect from everybody, & w a spirit that nobody will forget. ((:

End of badmtn. I swear I'm not gna get into another r/s anymore. It's always good in the start, but can you all bear the pain when it ends, esp when it's not ur choice & you didnt want it to end?

Sometimes I think that I'm living in self denial, believing in things that are not true. I dunno, i really wished they are, but somehow words have proven it otherwise. Those words...they are cruel. Really. You always say that I dont know how to mince my words, I've changed now, but what about you? First round over, got into top 8. Won CJC 3-2, HCI 5-0 & lost RJ 0-5. Draws for second round were ok, we got the easier group, but still it's tough fight.

Season started on Monday for the girls, & it started off rather well. Played ACJC & won 3-2. Will be playing against CJC later in the day, heard that they lost to ACJC 4-1 so hope we can win! :D Boys also started, played first against AJC but lost. Keep on fighting boys!

Back from camp! Like finally haha. All I can say is, tiredddddd. Not physically, but the sleepy kind.

Anyw, reached school at 4 on friday then had bonding games which were damn lame but funny. We had to find 6 kinds of different sizes of balls in like 10 mins, then in our group we had to pass the balls around w/o letting them drop on the floor. It was easy at first, but then when we had to pass the balls with our head, we lost hahha. Record was 27secs, but my group's was 26secs. Aiya sian.

Training after that, as usual, no comments. Then bathed & dinner, which was fried rice & chicken wings from 85! YAY. We weren't on the schedule, abit delayed, so we only ended dinner at 11 ): Watched CoachCarter at 1120, ended at 1+am, & that was considered early cause smth went wrong w junrong's cd so we didnt finish watching.

Woke up at 530(!) next morning, then gathered for morning run to EastCoastMacs. Wlao. When people from other pdps sleeping at the track woke up at 6+, we were already getting ready for our run. :/ Ran around 4+km, finally reached macs! Good job Shan! Everybody had to cheer her on. :D

Had our share of breakfast, then was mental training :O Sat on the breakwater & listened, & when MrsGoh told us to close our eyes & visualise our games, I was like Zzzzzzzzzzzzz, closing my eyes & gng t sleep! I bet alot people also like that lor, sleepy la!

Finally done, bus-ed back t school & started trng! Then gym-ed, & finally broke camp at 240. WA all I could think of was to go home & sleep! Picts soon;

I wanna throw my racket away.
For once, badmtn means nothing t me. It has taken up so much of my time, & I don't think it's worth it. All these years of spending my effort into this sport, I realised I was just blindly following my friends. Yes I do love the sport, but training for it has unexpectedly killed my passion. I did have dreams, of doing well in the sport, but eventually, I just couldn't bring myself to love the sport anymore.
One more month left, I'm just gonna do what I'm supposed to do. Not for the passion, not for the love, but for the respect that the team & jiaolian deserves. This will be my last year training for badmtn anyw, i will give my all, & then I won't train for it again.

See? Badmtn has killed me.

But one good thing about TJBT!
I got t know you because of badminton. Fate is just so amazing. & I'm happy cause you never want t see me upset. That's enough. (:

Training tmrw.....It's just another trng session gone. I don't feel what I should feel, surprisingly. End of exams!!!!! Wheeeeeeeee~ Physics totally sucked la. Acty I realised I died in all the papers hahaha so yea I will fail MCTs!

Decided on Thaipan w the class, not alot came but it was still fun :) Had butter squid, sambal kangkong, mango tofu, cereal prawns & sweet and sour pork! Yeaaaaaaa heaven. After which was bowling w naresh sihui & zhihong! BUT no lanes available, so we got cards from 7 eleven & started gambling in Macs instead. I lost money. Very bad. ): I'm not fated t gamble la, see i so good :D

Trng at BVSS tday, still ok although footwork nearly killed me but I'm glad everyone survived. It will make our legs stronger! ^^ After that was dinner at 85! Another spread for dinner : wings, stingray, minced meat noodles, kailan. I've been pigging damn badly ): Will exercise them out next week!
